Primarily, your Promax PC system is covered by a full 2 year parts and labour back to base warranty. In the event of a system problem, you should contact our technical team either by email to vtstech@videcon.co.uk or by phone on 01924 528001.

Please ensure that you have at least your system serial number to hand (this can be found on the rear of the PC base unit) as this will allow us to locate the exact details of your system.

VTS also offers technical services once your system falls outside the warranty period.
Telephone support is provided for the life of your system and a large stockholding of separate components ensures that we are able to repair your system quickly and competitively in the event of system failure.
